I love my local Shaw's. Here in Falmouth they have been on top of everything since the start of the Pandemic. They keep a clean store, and today was the very first day that I didn't see someone at the entrance counting customers. They recently remodeled, and I love the new setup. Friendly staff with quality customer service.

I had a great experience today especially with the employees. I had never really been shopping here before as I usually go to Stop and Shop but I will now probably stay with shaws. They had a great selection of pretty much everything especially meat which I know keeping things in stock has been very difficult recently but still had a large selection and good quality. The young man working in the service desk this morning was extremely friendly and patient with helping me get the shaws app set up and everything, he clearly knew what he was doing. Checking out was also very quick and easy. Jim was the bagger at my register he was very friendly and good at his job. Overall had a great experience this morning at shaws.

My favorite grocery store. They have good organic vegetables. They bring the groceries to the car. Also good sale prices.

We got everything we needed for our trip to cook meals and get snacks.We shopped mostly sale items,otherwise the prices are definitely not within our budget.

Great experience! I’ve been going here since June and the J1 students are excellent and kind, especially that young man that makes the rotisserie chickens. He is very hardworking and is always busy keeping Things up in the evenings. I hope he cones back next year

I want to give special kudos to Jenna in the self- checkout area on Saturday morning, 3/29. She took extra time to help me navigate the digital coupons on my phone. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Jenna!

I cannot say enough, good things about Shaws and how polite the staff are and the cleanliness. Everyone goes above and beyond, had a recent experience at the deli where they followed me in the store to let me know I had a product I was looking for I believe the ladies name was Kathy. The deli staff are amazingly, friendly and very helpful. They are a diamond in the crown of Shaws overall is an amazing store with great customer service. If I could give them six stars, I would.

The Pharmacy is the best for getting your vaccinations! Customer service is awesome. Thanks so much to Joey., makes getting a shot very calming. They are always so kind and never have you wait long!

I had a great experience at Shaws in Falmouth on Cape Cod. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. They have a very good selection of fresh products and everyday essentials, and everything I needed was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful, and checkout was quick and smooth. Overall, a reliable and pleasant place to shop — I’ll definitely be coming back.
